91X is pleased to welcome two new hosts to its long-running jazz program Night Cap, Brian Barlow and Frank Artes. Both gentlemen are accomplished jazz musicians. As a much sought after percussionist, Brian has played and recorded with some very well-known musicians from Canada and beyond…Holy Cole, Moe Koffman, Anne Murray, Randy Bachman, Bruce Cockburn and even Ringo Starr to name a few. Frank plays electric bass and has been part of various jazz fusion/rock bands both in the UK and Canada for a number of years. He is currently involved with several music projects and performs regularly in the Quinte area.

Brian and Frank are also the movers and shakers behind the Prince Edward County Jazz Festival. For ten years, this highly regarded festival has brought together jazz greats and fans from across North America to the scenic and peaceful surrounds of Prince Edward County.
